The Krasner Method for inductions is this: The client is taken through a formal trance induction where the hypnotist tells them a story (metaphor), takes them through a visualization, and/or gives them specific instructions to follow in order to open the unconscious mind to the new positive suggestions for change. Remember 90% or more of your behaviors are run at the unconscious mind.
